Client and Family-Submitted Materials
In the course of producing family legacy documentaries, church history projects, and institutional documentaries, LS3 Studios frequently works with photographs, home videos, letters, oral histories, and other materials submitted or entrusted to us by clients, families, churches, and institutions (“Submitted Materials”).
Ownership of Submitted Materials remains with the family, church, institution, or individual who provided them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LS3 Studios uses Submitted Materials solely for the purpose of producing the agreed-upon documentary or project, and for any promotional or portfolio use expressly authorized in writing by the client (for example, in a signed release or production agreement).
Clients featured on this Site (including in film clips, photos, or written case studies) have granted permission for that specific use. If you believe your materials or likeness appear on this Site without permission, please contact us immediately using the information below.
Third-Party and Archival Materials
Our documentaries may incorporate historical records, archival photographs, public records, news clippings, or other materials sourced from libraries, archives, historical societies, or government repositories (such as the Freedmen’s Bureau records).
